A specialist in both the marketing and sales of new residential developments, Matt brings his expertise in strategic pricing, contract negotiation, and market analysis to WFP. Matt holds licenses in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
In his real estate career, Matt has actively participated in numerous projects in the Capital Region, including Cityline, Lionsgate, and The Sterling. He has sold $260 million in new construction condominiums and townhomes since 2003 and is currently completing the final sales for the $45 million luxury townhome development of Foxhall Ridge in the Palisades neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Matt grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Lawrence University. After college, Matt worked in business-to-business sales for Xerox. In this role, he managed accounts for Walt Disney, ABC Television, and News Corp. Matt holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University and has received both the NAHB’s CMP designation and the NAR’s GRI designation.
